Help Create Sonoma County’s Own Step Working Guide
One of the most important parts of Alcoholics Anonymous is carrying the message and sharing experience, strength, and hope with others. Now, members of Sonoma County AA have a unique opportunity to help create a resource that reflects the voices and needs of our own local fellowship.
The Intergroup Step Working Guide Ad Hoc Committee is developing a Sonoma County Step Working Guide and Workbook—a custom, locally-produced publication designed to help members work the Twelve Steps with the guidance of sponsors and the shared experience of our community.
Every day, members visit the Central Office Bookstore looking for Step-working guides, workbooks, and worksheets to support their recovery. This project is an opportunity to create an in-house Sonoma County publication that is written by—and for—our local AA fellowship. Your experience, ideas, and perspective can help create a resource that will benefit members for years to come.
Whether you’ve worked the Steps many times or simply have thoughts about what has been most helpful in your own recovery, your input is welcome. The committee is looking for members who want to help shape a practical, meaningful guide that reflects the strength, diversity, and experience of Sonoma County AA.
